Vacation Rentals

Policy
The vacation rentals I have available are operated by Worldmark by Wyndham “The Resort”. No timeshare presentation is required. The Resort may offer you a gift if you attend but again it is not mandatory only optional for you. The Resort has policies the renter must agree to.
Resort Policies:

Guest checking in must be 21 years of age and be present at check-in.

Guest is required to provide a credit card for any damages/loss/incidental charges/missing inventory/furnishings/towels and linen missing/etc.

All units are Non-Smoking

No pets are allowed. ( call for exceptions)

Guest must follow the regulations of the Resort.

Guest agrees to maintain the Unit as it is at the start of term.

Guest cannot re-rent, sublet or transfer the unit to a 3rd party.
Other Policies:

Parking. Most resorts allow one or two parking spaces. Some resorts have a daily parking fee. Rules for oversize vehicles and trailers vary. Check with the resort before making this reservation.

Unavailability of Unit due to a disaster is extremely rare. If so your reservation will be cancelled and rental funds will be returned.

If rental unit needs a lengthy repair another unit will be substituted. Most repairs are made quickly with little interruption.
Payment Terms:

Guest agrees to pay a $200.00 deposit when contract is signed. Host will transfer the Unit into the Guest name upon receipt of deposit. Host will inform Guest when this is completed. Guest can then verify their reservation with the Resort. The deposit is now non-refundable.

Upon reservation transfer the Guest agrees to pay the remaining balance within 10 days. If remaining balance is not received within 10 days this contract will be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.

Cancelling the rental:

If Guest wishes to cancel after full payment has been made the Host will attempt to re-rent the unit online. If successful in renting the Unit the Guest will receive the rental price minus and fees incurred. No refund is due if unsuccessful. There are no refunds 60 days prior to the check-in date. Travel insurance is highly recommended in case Guest needs to cancel.
Additional Charges:

There are no other mandatory charges beyond the rental price.

The Resort may have OPTIONAL activities available for an additional charge.
