How it works

1. Find the resort and the date you would like to select (located on the individual resort page). If the date is listed it is available.

2. Make a note of the reservation #

3. Go to the reservation page and fill it out completely along with any questions and submit.

4. A contract will be e-mailed to you for your review.

5. If you wish to proceed, sign the contract and return along with the $200.00 deposit.

6. The reservation will be transferred into your name. At this point the deposit is non-refundable. You will be advised when this is completed. You may verify with the resort that you now have the reservation.

7. The balance is due within 10 days. This contract is considered canceled if balance due is not received. See contract for methods of payment.

8. Travel insurance is recommended in case you need to cancel for any reason.
